To Whom it May Concern,
I received an offer for debt settlement, and wrote back and asked for another one. At the time I didn't have the finances available, but my income had increased, and would be able to enter into a settlement. I have not heard a word back, and that was over 2 months ago.
Could someone look into this and send me the validation of the debt so we can proceed, please?? Thank you.

You will have to check out your credit report in order to find out who your debt collectors are. If they contact you for the payments now, then you need to ask them to validate your debt. If they validate your debt, then you will have to contact them and negotiate for debt settlement.
