im an asylee here in usa whose case is not cleared yet.i didnt even got a ssn.i went to a E.R. 4 months ago for a twisted ankle for 45 minutes when they knew i dnt have a ssn or insurance they was very rude and practically did nothing to me.they sent me abill with 4000 $ but they got a false last name spelling.if i got my ssn after 2 months from now can they add a bad credit for me specially they refused to reduce my bill

It is still possible for it to report just by cross referencing name, address and phone. Eventually it will attach to your social security number and the credit bureaus.

There is not much a hospital can do for a twisted ankle...I dont know what you were expecting. Xray, ace bandage and maybe crutches and send you on your way. This type of injury should be taken to a doctors office or urgent care. Emergency rooms are expensive....you may be able to get them reduce the bill if you talk to them but depending on the hospital, they are under no obligation.
