Just wondering is is legal to send a credit card debt to a attorney and have them file a judgement against me?

Need more info??? Are you saying you were sued and a judgement was entered against you?? If so, were you served a summons-if not then you need to go to the courthouse that issued the judgement and see the case file and see where they claimed they served you and file a motion for improper service.
