What should I do about this? Citifinancial sent me a small claims court summons for this month. They were rude and resorted to harrassment and threats over the phone, and I later had a stroke and could not pay them. I have been paying them for three years for a $4, 000 loan. They also sent me the statement information of another person which I have kept. That cannot be legal or make them a reputable business. Should I show the court the documentation of the other person and just file Chapter 7 bankruptcy?
