Did you file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy? Any way, as you have included the debt in the bankruptcy, so you are not personally liable for the debt. They can't sue you for the debt. well while there is nothing they can do to you, there is plenty you can do to them.first check your state laws in regards to recording calls.if you are a one party state not only can you record without informing them, but you can use any messages they leave as proof as well.also if you have a viable phone number use that as well, but you must inform either your BK attorney or the trustee theat presided over your case.they must know that a piece of garbage is breaking the law with these calls.last thing.once you do those things ignore the scum.if their number comes up let it go to v-mail,or hang up without a word.they deserve nothing else.
