I get sued by GM Money Bank/JCPenney for the amount $1274.44 for a credit card I don't pay. Can't they garnish my wages o put a lien on my house in the State fo Texas if I don't paid? I just recive the citation.
The creditor can garnish your wages or place a lien on your prop
