just learned april 15th. that a attorney has gotten a judgement againest me for approx. $3400.00 i never recieved any court papers to show up for court don"t know what the judgment is for worried if they can put a levy on my bamk accounts?

Immediately contact the court and find out how you were served. Since you were not served properly you need to file a motion to vacate judgment due to improper service and possibly improper venue (if they sued you in the wrong county).
