I got a call on yesterday stating the same information. However, they took it a step further the "process server" stated that he couldn't find my address. I asked him to pull over and that I would meet him at a gas station. Of course he refused. The odd part is that they called from a local number, when I called the number back I recieved a message from AT&T stating the number was out of service. Has anyone experienced this and do you call the police or what?!?

if the calls persist you do file a police report, but as ditchdebt advised ignore.try to remember that number and just don't answer it.

Definately file the police report and don't answer their calls. I don't think they are using local numbers at all, but have set these numbers up to mask where they are calling from, which is probably overseas.
