Credit Card Summons

Hi there, I recently received a summons from an attorney who has been hired by Incepta LLC (this LLC apparently purchased my debt from yet another financial institution). Anyway, I have looked all over the internet and have not been able to find information on "incepta LLC." I was attempting to get their contact information to discuss a possible settlement, but as I mentioned I haven't found anything on them. Is my only option to attempt to settle through their attorneys? also, why haven't I been to find anything on this LLC?
