Settlement Payment

Hello - I have a question. I have a checking account with Fifth Third Bank and my checking account has a negative balance. But, I need to see if Fifth Third Bank (collection department) can waived some of the fees in order me to get my account in good standing. Do you have a specific number where you can call and ask them if the can give me a settlement amount to get my account in good standing.
