AMEX sold account to ARSI??

Currently defending a lawsuit from American Express Bank FSB. Called Amex support # recently and when entering the account # the automated message resported that the account is no longer handled by them and is handled by American Recovery Services Inc (ARSI).
Does anyone know the best way to confirm that the debt was actually sold to ARSI?
I believe it's quite possible that the attorney representing Amex is really representing ARSI but need confirmed proof before claiming that in court. Summ.
Judgment hearing is in 3 weeks so trying to see if there's a quick way to do this.
Thanks.
