LNVN on my credit reports HELP!

About 1 1/2 yrs ago LNVN sent me a letter. I sent two DV letters and got a letter back with a short paragragh about the amount etc.. They never sent me proof of OA or anything from the CC company that had this debt originally. Now I found them on all three of my credit reports. What do I do now??? Any help greatly apprciated.

I too have them on my credit reports. I started by asking for DV from LVNV and got the same small letter that you did. Once they appeared on my credit report, I disputed it with the credit bureaus. They have to validate anything on your report. If it come back as valid, I would request the method in which it was validated. I was able to get it off 2 of the 3 credit reports.
I hope this helps and I'm sure someone will come along with more information.
