RAB INC-Losing bank checks

On 3 different occasions I sent RAB Inc Bank Checks via snail mail. Each time they have claimed not to have recieved them. Each time they have not made an effort to look for it. The first time I put a $25.00 stop to the bank check. The second time I just blew it off and sent them double the amount and figured its not worth the 91 day wait and hassle. This 3rd time is suspicious to me. I will be going to my bank to get documentation of these checks being lost. What I find completely interesting is what I initially have set up is that the bank is basically sending out a regular bank check on my behalf, same type of bank check they only difference is the envelope it come in. I use the exact same address that is stored in my "Pay my Bills" account, I send a bank or cashiers check and I send it snail mail (like the bank) in a plain white envelope and they always manage to loose my plain white envelope payment. When I give them the check number and ask them to look for a lost envelope they always refuse to do anything on their behalf. Any suggestions.

Why do you continue to send it thru regular mail?? Three times?? 2nd time I would have done flat rate envelope priority mail....$4.90. It is traceable.
