Collection against LLC with no personal guarantee

Hi -
I was in a lease situation at a mall. I signed on behalf on the LLC I formed, treated as a Sub-S for tax purposes. I did not signa persoanl guarantee. I paid all but $ 1,200 of a $ 5,000 month renat for one month of the lease and all the remainder was paid on time. The LLC has been dissolved. I know I cannot be held persoanlly liable since there was no prsonal guarantee. Can someone tell me what section and paragraph of the FTC I can use to get the collection agency to stop calling me?

Just send them a C&D letter. That should put a cork in it.
