Who are "Leagl Outsource"?

Got a message on my voicemail last week for my husband from Mike Peters with Legal Outsource. Number on caller ID says 855-350-5498, but the number left to call back on was different. This person said that my husband needed to call him regarding a serious business matter before it was escalated to legal [department]. He ended the call by saying "this is your notification". SUUUURE, buddy, that's legal as hell. :rolleyes: WTF?
Yes, I know this is a scam. No I won't be calling back, picking up the phone or giving them any money. All I want to know is if anyone knows who this Legal Outsource really is so I can send a validation & cease & desist letter.
We were in debt for MANY years but paid it all off LAST AUGUST. I have paid in full letters from the companies to prove it. :D I don't know who these people are or what they want, I just need them to stop. We've paid our debts, why are we getting calls from collection agencies threatening illegal things?:confused:
I'll be sending out validation & C&D letters to M. Callahan & Associates next week and including my intent to sue them for violations of the FDCPA for the threatening voicemails they keep leaving for both my husband AND I. Plus the last letter I will be sending is to NCA. Got a letter from them today. No clue what they are talking about and the letter doesn't even have the proper FDCPA notifications on it.

Anyway, I need info on this Legal Outsource so I can send all my letters at once. I hate going to the post office, so I'd like to it all in one fell swoop.
Can anyone help me out?
