Email from ACS INC

I received an email today stating my ssn number was put on hold by the US Government regarding resolving a debt with a Payday Services. They told me I have 48hrs to respond or they will prosecute. They told me to call this number 1-443-352-0002. Is this real?:)

first off.if i had a quarter for everyone besides you that got this piece of garbage email.i would be on retired.that is a scam of the highest order.report and ignore.i mean report ACS to your AG(forwarding that email)and THE FTC(also attachinh that email)to file the ftc complaint go to www.ftc.gov you can file online.check your AG'S website for details on how to file complaints as some won't allow for online filing of complaints.
