Hi, I've been getting a statement in the mail for a bill of about $4,000 from West Asset Management. Well I am not sure what for, I suspect it is from an old ER visit from 2010 when I didnt have any health insurance at the time, but had to go. If they cannot give me proof however that this is indeed what I am being billed for, then am I still obligated to pay them? :confused:
