Agency calling ME for BIL's debt

Not that it matters but this brother doesn't speak to anyone in the family. I have no idea where he lives and most importantly it's NOT MY DEBT. I guess since we have the same last name and at one point my BIL lived in this town, they feel free to call me every stinking day. Multiple times.
I've tried following the prompts "If so and so doesn't live here...press 2" but that just gets me to a human being and when they ask for BIL, I start explaining he doesn't live here - and THEY hang up on ME.
How do I get this to stop? The ONLY phone calls I get on my land line is for his debts. (Don't say to cancel my landline, I'm starting a business and need that line).

Just send a note that says to cease and desist all contact at your address and phone number for the person they're trying to reach. They have the wrong contact information and you do not know the whereabouts of the correct person.
