i have been getting multiple calls from multiple companies who will not identify who they are with but saying litigation is being filed against me and that i will be served with court papers.
now i could potentially have unsettled debt out their with payday loan companies and my question is there a way to find out what i could potentially owe?
i was so embarrassed with everything that was happening and dug myself such a huge financial hole that was easier to pretend it didn't happen. but now i am getting these harassing phone calls as well as my parents, and i really want to know who is legitimate and who isn't. i really want to fix my debt.

you need to find out if you did take out payday loans. You may
you need to find out if you did take out payday loans. You may have contracts, etc lying around somewhere. Once you determine if this is the case, you need to tell us what state you are in, the names of the lenders, how much was originally borrowed and how much was paid back. Without this info, there is not much more we can do to help.
