Threatining Phone Call -- What Should I Do About This
Date: Mon, 11/30/2009 - 07:01
I just got left a message on my work voice mail from an "Investigator Martinez" at 770-733-7182 who said if I didn't call back immediately, he would have no choice but put out a warrant for my arrest. This is a Georgia phone number and I am in North Carolina. How stupid do they think I am? If there were some outstanding law violation, what agency would conduct business in this manner? This is almost certainly something to do with years old pay day loan issues. Should I even bother calling these clowns back?

no i wouldn't even give it a thought.pdl's are prohibited in NC meaning the loan is non-collectable.he can't do a thing to you.he wants to try and scam you by threatening.don't indulge him.
