Collectin from a collection Agency

I have a lawsuit against a collection agency. I've paided them 3 time to clear up a judgement....They failed to do anything until I contacted the clerk of court where the judgement are filed and placed a suit against them. My question is what all can they be sued for or what can you consider damages?

You filed suit and NOW you are asking if you can and for what damages? Seems to me that damages should be listed when you file, not after. Not to mention the fact that CA's cannot sue or file for judgements as they do not have the legal capacity, are you sure you are trying to sue the right people?
