Starting a Collection agency

Hi,
I have been in the collections industry for about 5 years now and a friend and myself are interested in starting a collection agency. We have done a lot of research but we would like to learn from someone who has been through the grind and can give us insight on what to expect and maybe give us some insight on where to obtain the neccessary knowledge and training to successfully run a collection agency.
When I say we are in the beginning stages of this adventure I mean it! I am looking for someone who has been in our position that wouldn't mind sharing his/her experiences with us to help us prepare for what's about to come.
We are logical men and understand that we have to start small due to lack of financial resources. We also understand that a Journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step, and we are ready to take that single step. We have both agreed that this business should be geared towards client sastifaction. We feel that great client relationships will be the key to our success.
