Bank of America customers beware!!

Hey all, just wanted to share.
Bank of america refers their collections to this scumbag law firm Frederick J Hanna and associates, P. C.
They avoid cease and desist violations by masking their number as Bank of America, in their attempts to get you to pick up the phone after a cease and desist has been issued.
I have a conversation on tape with the bank of america rep. I called the number back and the rep confirmed that THEY are not calling me anymore, that they do not own the account anymore, and that is Frederick J Hanna, using their number on the caller ID.
How suspicious. They day after I confirmed that they got my cease and desist, is magically the next day they start masking their number. How stupid.
the account is not mine.. Now they are violating do not call provisions!!! which is a per transgression violation!! cha ching!!!

I do have to add to this. Although I can't remember the specific law or when it was passed I am aware that spoofing a number is a now a felony in all 50 states. I would contact the FTC and play nice with the government worker that answers. Of course with them being Gov. workers you will have to luck up with getting a non-lazy one but if you do you should be able to file a complaint and get the information on which law was passed concerning spoofing. Find a lawyer and return the favor to this law firm.
