Hello, I was the origional topic starter on in this.
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/collection-agencies/suttell-hammer-1.html

I am starting a new thread, because the origional topic is in a seperate directio now.

My action at the time was to respond with a debt settlement letter with a amount I was willing to pay $300.00 the credit limit on that account(Registered with signature mail) and a contact info, stating that I am willing to negociate.
Since that was the recomended action by the County Clerk that I called.

Today I received in my mail a Notice For Hearing.
Case number 10-2-03407-2SEA in the Superior Court of the State of Washington.
Stating that i didn't respond to them within 20 day(I didn't, it was christmas break, and I was away, I responded on the 5th of Jan)

I'm not understanding the Notice for Hearing, there is two date on it,
One is under the [x]Without oral argument Mon-Fri) [ ] With oral argument hearing
Date/Time 2/5/2010, and a Judge name(Barnett) and trial date of 7/11/2011

What is these two date mean?

And along witht his large group of paper is a Notice stating they are motion for default, and an second one for a motion and declaration for an order of default since more then 20 days has elapsed after the service of the summons, but they received a .

Their evidence for my debt is the ooks and record are with Capital One with a Notary, a March 21 Billing statement with an account number, my name and an PO BOX that is not mine, and a copy of the customer agreement, nothing with my signature nor did they produce the origional agreement with capital one.

So my two question are.
What is the Meaning of the two date on the Notice of hearing, one is a Trial date, while another one is under two thing with and without oral argument.
And what should I do now?
I thank anyone that read all this and is able to help me.
