Hi. I just had a quick question that I cant seem to get an answer too. My hubby has a loan with mycashnow.com We were making the payments fine. There was one payment that was returned as NSF. I got online and it said to contact the Credit Protection. My hubby was ill and not able to talk to them at the time. They wouldn't talk to me. On the next scheduled date, they took out the amount that was returned NSF as well as a 25.00 fee. They also took out a payment. My question is since the account is current now, will they just continue to take out the regular payment? I was thinking so since it is not late now. My hubby is still not able to call but again they will not tell me anything. I asked for a fax number so that we could send a letter that gives me consent but they wouldn't give me the number. Anyway, I thought that they were set up in payment like an installment loan but am I wrong?

IMO you need to reread the loan document that you have received
IMO you need to reread the loan document that you have received and confirm if it is an installment loan or pdl.
You can search the forum for more information on this lender. Mycashnow has been discussed here several times in the past.
