how much if anyhting was debited before default
state you are in

just by your post i can tell it's a bottomfeeder.please answer my questions,and you will get help here.

Lender is CMG Group LLC, $60, State is New York and Internet

got news for you.if you borrowed 200.00 then you owe 140.00 that is it.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.you see all pdl's are prohibited in NY and CMG is illegal period.file AG complaints against both the lender and collector.this place can do nothing but call and stupidly threaten.that is their MO.don't worry,and just know that being as both are bottomfeeders nothing they threaten they can do.
