Hi There,
what if a credit card company is trying to collect their money from you and you get a letter from some attorneys, this is exactly what they said in the letter to my roommate. " If a judgement is obtained against you and our assets investigation is incomplete, pursuant to Colorado county court rules of civil procedure, rule 369 upon request, the court may order that all additional assets and income bedisclosed by the defendant to pake a proper remedy available to our client, if you fail to honestly respond to this request, pursuant to Rule 369 the courts may issue a contempt of court citation against you." Is that just a threat? Also what if they have moved and I send it back to them saying they moved, what will happen then?
Thanks Mary

this actually sounds very plausible. you see, as a judgment creditor they are legally entitled to certain asset information which would aide in collecting you owed amount. the court facilitates this process and as such they must also allow repercussions for those who do not comply with that process.
what if they have moved? is it not for you? if not then return to sender.
