I am getting annoying phone calls EVERY DAY from a check advance business that a friend used and added me as a contact (without my authorization) for her account. They have called me every business day they are open for the past month. I have asked them to stop calling my number, but everytime they just say "Well, please give her our message and have a nice day", and the next day they call back. How can I make them stop? It's not even my debt.

Tell them Federal law prohibits you from discussing another person's debt with them. Then hang up. If they keep calling, don't talk to them, just hang up.
