I have a money judgment against me for about 20k.

My wife bought a home prior to our marriage and my debt was incurred before we were ever together. My question is: can the judgment creditor have a lien placed on the home if I'm not on the deed but listed as a mortgagor on the loan?

Sincerely....

Freaking out!

to the best of my knowledge, the answer is no. They cannot attach a lein against someone else's property for a debt that they are trying to collect from you. Community property states would allow it, but only if the house was in your name. If she bought it before you two were married, and your name is not on the house at all, then they cannot put a lein on her house. The only way they could legally do that is if her name was also on the credit card account in question.
