They keep calling my job my mom and me over a pay day loan that I can not pay back in full. They told me they are going to get a judgement. What will a judgement do. I have offered to pay them back in payments but they do not want to accept that I am making considerably less money now then when I got the loan and I also missed work right after getting the loan due to having a baby who came early. Also can they garnish my wages. I am in Florida if tha matters

this is horrible advice,and info as FLA is non-garnishment.also the loan might not be legal.keep your cram settlement down everyone's throat.the advice and info is horrible.
