They keep calling my job my mom and me over a pay day loan that I can not pay back in full. They told me they are going to get a judgement. What will a judgement do. I have offered to pay them back in payments but they do not want to accept that I am making considerably less money now then when I got the loan and I also missed work right after getting the loan due to having a baby who came early. Also can they garnish my wages. I am in Florida if tha matters

A judgment will give the creditor the right to attach liens to your assets and garnish your wages. In Florida, if you are the head of household, (meaning you pay more than half the household expenses) then they cannot garnish your wages. In your state, if the amount of your wages equals less than 30X the state minimum wages of $7.21 then your wages cannot be garnished. If they can be garnished, a creditor can collect 25% of your paycheck until the judgment is paid.
