Anyone know Advanced Center Technologies?

I got a letter from Advanced Call Center Technologies on behalf of JC Penney Credit Card and I wanted to know if anyone has contact information on this Tennessee collection agency.
I refuse to work with any collection agency and I want to fax them a Cease and Desist Letter and inform them that I choose to only deal with the creditor DIRECTLY.
If anyone has a fax number, that would be great! Save me a stamp. *s*

Thanks a lot for the follow up information. I will fax them a letter and contact the original creditor. If the original creditor doesn't want to work with me, fine. I'll deal with these people and offer them even lower settlement amount.
Right now, I have to deal with an IRS tax bill so I am not really in the mood to humor these folks.
