Can we have little more background? Have they claimed that they don't have your SSN?

You may consider sending them a DV letter through CMRRR.

Hi

Soap lady is correct in whatever she wrote.A creditor can pull up the credit report even without the SSN#of the customer,if there is an access to the customers name, address and the date of birth. Please be careful in securing all the individual details because the credit report is a very important document for any type of transaction in the near future, even for getting a loan if required
