Needing address

I am needing the address to Board of Public Utilities Collection Agency. My debt settlement company has sent a power of attorney letter to the address give and it comes back and not forwarding address is given. I also called Bank of America Cardservices and they will not and said they do not have that information. What can I do to find it?
