I have received several calls from these IDIOTs all throughout today! I told them that I never took a payday loan out withAdvancs cash USA. I admit I have several PDL's out and in default but Tthese guys did not sound legit. They used American fictitious names. ie "Elizabeth White, Ryan Martin" and could not speak English! They could not ennounciate words! They even stated they were"Officers!!" I laughed! I got nastyand rude with the "Ryan Martin" one and said "Cease and Besist! Do not call my number ever!" He continued to argue with me and said very obscene and inappropriate things to me as well as threats to come and get me!! I hung up the phone on him and he made the God Awful mistake of leaving a message of verbally making treats of bodily harm to me and coming to get me. I saved the message on my cell phone. I am about to file a police report on this idiot piece of filth and that company! They call perpetrating law enforcement and working with FDIC, claiming to do malfeasence to my SS# and my home address. They have no clue the trouble they are about to face. So for those of you who have gotten calls from this illegale AS- Wipes, Fix them good and file a police report! Make sure you get a correct phone number and address on them,too.

Just hang up on them until they give up and move on! There are several of these groups from the Bahamas and the UK, who are of Indian extraction, that are operating illegally in the US. They have no legal authority over you regardless of what they tell you. You probably took a loan under a different name from the same crew! Pay them the amount back that you borrowed if you have not yet but only by prepaid debit or wire. Just laugh when they threaten you! They are harmless snakes with no venom!
