There are a large number of complaints against them at the BBB.
There are a large number of complaints against them at the BBB. If they are calling you, and you haven't received any letter of collection via the mail, tell them they have 5 days after their first initial contact with you to send you one, if and when you receive a letter of collection, send a debt validation letter, you only have a 30 day window of which to request validation. All collection efforts must cease until they validate the debt, and based on some of the things that are written about them, I highly doubt they will be able to validate the debt. Are they trying to collect for a payday lender?
