What are chances BOA will have sig from MBNA from 20+ years ago?

My account is getting ready to charge off. Was not able to come to a settlement agreement I could afford with Bank of America. In reading posts on this site, part of validation is the CA needs a signature on original contract. This CC was opened through MBNA 20+ years ago. What are the chances Bank of America has this?
Any strategic suggestions in dealing with CA? Don't know who it'll be yet.

BoA will have the original contract. They are required by Feder
BoA will have the original contract. They are required by Federal law to keep contracts as long as they are in force and for a long time afterward, especially after Enron.
