Has anyone got phone calls from PMI

I have been receiving phone calls from PMI Ass. at work threating to take me to jail for fraud and even telling my supervisor as well as myself that they have placed a restraining order against me and I was under investagtion. I am currently looking for legal assaistance as I have already sent several Do Not Call Letters, C&D, via fax and mail and they will not stop I am getting ready to lose my job over this. Has anyone experience the same thing or have any advice they claim they are lawyers.
