Bam Group Threat

I got a phone call today from a supposed court reporter saying that if I did not call the Bam group within 2 hours he would be at my work to serve me with papers to go to court. I had seen seen an tv special about a year ago where they were exposing companies who used this tactic to get people to panic and pay up so I didn't buy into it and told them I would see them in two hours.Before today I had never even heard of this collector. About 2 hours later the same man called again and talked to my boss and told her they were coming to serve me with papers if I didn't settle right now. How do I get them to stop calling me at work and especially stop calling my boss?

nevermind the cease and desist letter...you need to go to www.naca.net and find yourself an attorney in your area.....you now have a case to sue THEM for their violations of federal law....
