ex. leaving on his mother's answering machine Joe's name, his social, and a call back number with an extention and how time is of the essence that Joe get back in touch with them. (and NO Joes doesnt live there, he is in another town/state)

I googled the phone number and found various complaints, but he said that his mom couldnt make out the message cause the girl talked so fast, but she made out his name and his social security number and that this was a "time senstive" matter to call her at xxx-xxx-xxxx ext xxx....
hmm... what do we know about these people that I can relay...of course his mother is like OMG its a lawyer calling for you...LOL.

actually she can send the bottomfeeding scuzz a complete C&D letter certified mail return receipt.after that any further illegal messages can get her 1,000.00.CHA-CHING!!anyway have her get the letter out asap.

He was going to call the morons himself to tell them what they did was illegal and all, but he was afraid that if he let them know that was his family member they called, they would continue to harrass her, you know even C&D letters dont always work and she is elderly and really doesnt answer the phone unless she knows the caller.
