I was sued by them and they won and I never even KNEW about the law suit! However I owed $11084.00 and they had garnished my check...... I have since paid back to date... $11402.49. I thought it was over since my last 2 checks were not touched with a debit from them.. Well today I find they did it again !! I called my payroll and they said I owed totall $11084.00 and I still owed $1489.00!! I said what? I have paid a total of $11402.49 why do I still owe that if I have paid all that already ??? They said well they take add an extra 10 dollars to each time they have to take money out! So ok....... 40 checks they have garnished would be 400 dollars! Total would be $11084.00 x $400.00 = $11484.00 which would leave a balance of $82.00 plus and extra $10.00 for the next check they garnish...... sound right??? But my payroll says they say I still owe $1489.00 WTF??? Is there anything I can do???
