Summons - Sued by Cavalry Portfolio Services...
I recieved this summons 2 days ago and I plan to respond and represent myself here in Florida, problem is I am unsure of the direction I should head with my response. I was considering buying the doc package from ihavebeenserved dot info but am unsure if its really worth my money; is it?
The basics - The summons I recieved has some docs attached claiming I owe over 7,500 from a credit card, there are 2 bill of sale attatchments, 1 from the bank to riverwalk holdings, then from riverwalk to cavalry. I have no proof that I do not owe but as far as I am concerned I settled on this CC account over a year ago and I am guessing they lack the evidence to prove I owe anything. I need help...advice on what my next steps should be as there is no way I could afford nor want to hire an attorney.
Thank You!!

I don't know about ihavebeenserved dot info. However, if you are facing problems in answering to the summons you can request the court clerk from where you have been served to help you in filing the answer to the summons.
If you want proof of the debt, you can get that from the court itself. You will have to request the court clerk to give you paperwork on this debt.
