Hi All!
I am just trying to figure out some options....I have about 100K of debt through various credit cards and a BofA loan....Most have gone to a Collection Agency/Attorney....(All of the Debt is about 3 years old...)
I am being sued for 2 of the debts....They have filed the Summons and I have to respond by Aug 24th,..Is it too late to file some sort of Bankruptcy?...My income has fallen dramatically..( I am a 1099 contractor)...Any thoughts or suggestions?..Thanks in advance...

No it is not too late to file BR. If you don't file you should
