friend of mind has a $30,000 cc debt ,she is thinking of stop paying and go back to country of origin(asia) and not coming back to usa again.is it wise to do that?

Another thing is sometimes creditors have network in other countries and they may try to contact a debtor while in another country.Thus, ask your friend to try and pay off the debts.
