Harrasing calls from company CRS?

I received a called this morning and i have been receiving them everyday i'm at work the number 888-480-4406. THis guystating i have 4 hours is to meet up with him and collect a payment he said that i have been writing bad checks.I don't even own a check book ..Don't like checks. SO he gave me a case number but when i called the number back he left on my vm it says CRS..i don't even know who CRS is i don't write checks.. How do i get these people to stop bothering me they called all thru the day on my work phone.Could this be a real person since he gave me a working number and a case number.I dont know what to do. He said he may come to my place of work or home and serve me a summons.

Don't worry, no one will come to your work place to serve you summons. The next time they call you, tell them to remove your name from their database as you're not the person they are looking for. File a case against them with your local police stating that these people are threatening you. Do the same with the FTC.
