1) 35% (Payment History)
2) 30% (Amounts Owed)
3) 15% (Length of Credit History)
4) 10% (New Credit)
5) 10% (Types of Credit Used)

You can either go into a Citibank branch office or call the customer service phone number on back of your credit card to request for your card to be closed. You can also send a letter to the billing correspondence address on your statement & request for account to be closed in writing.
