Scammers?

I've been off and on the phone with these guys and spoke with an attorney. I have asked these guys to fax me documentation on a loan they say I took out through the internet! I have never done anything like that. This has been going on for a year and I have still yet to see one peice of documentation that even says I did such a thing. I am currently trying to get in touch with check n go to see if they even have my information on file! I am not paying one cent. Last year when I first heard about this I contacted the three credit buraues and place emergeny fraud alerts as well as made a police report. When I faxed Frontier my police report I was yelled ay and told that it was not substancial! I feel so unsafe and harrassed. I have only ever had loans at one specific place and I know the supervisor personally if I ever take out a loan I own up to it and take responsibility. This on line thingy was not me!!!! I'm thinking about changing my number. Oh and let me add that none of this is on my credit report.....
