Palisades have called me 3 times, it is a computer message on my machine. Are they supposed to regard me personally...because they do not say who they are calling for, and this is a relatively new phone number for me. I am afraid to call them back, as I do not know of a debt I owe. I have not received anything from the people they collect for.
Is there a way to find out if I have any debts without contacting Palisades?

Exactly. Why are you afraid to call them back? If you dont' have any debts, it's likely they just have a wrong number, especially if this is a new number for you. Just call them back and ask them what they want.
