I have a visa card That went to zwicker and associates I was making payments so we didn't have to go to court They call me today and said they put a lien on the property. Can they do this?
They cannot just call you and put a lien on a house....they have
They cannot just call you and put a lien on a house....they have to take you to court to do that. Have you received a summons? If you receive a summons and fail to show up in court, yes they can get a lien.
