CA garnished unemployment wages

Question: Collection agency took all money from my bank accounts which was all from unemployment compensation. I contacted the district civil court and they said to fax 3 months bank statements to the collection agency which I did. How long do I give them to return my money? What can I do if they don't return my money?
I did have a court date but due to moving didn't get the summons in time. And I irresponsibly ignored following it up.
